Auswide Bank

Auswide Bank Ltd is an Australian bank which listed on the ASX in 1994.  The company had operated as a building society since 1966 and rebranded after achieving bank status in 2015.

Auswide is an Authorised Deposit-taking Institution prudentially supervised by the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority and holds an Australian Credit and Financial Services Licences issued by ASIC.

Auswide delivers a range of personal and business banking products & services issued directly or in partnership with leading service providers.   The bank’s omni-channel distribution strategy includes 18 branches in Queensland; third party mortgage and deposit origination via brokers; a number of strategic partnerships, and online/digital channels.

The bank is committed to supporting our communities, the environment and sustainability.  In 2019, Auswide announced a three year partnership with the Queensland Rugby league to sponsor the Maroons State of Origin team.

As at 31 December the bank held $3.13 billion of loans and $2.37 billion of customer deposits.
